We at CatCat LASH appreciate your business and if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we want to know. CatCat LASH offers a warranty on all of our products as well as worldwide shipping. All orders ship from our headquarters in the ChIna.

FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION

You can enjoy free shipping all day, every day, no product exclusions, see below for details.

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

  • Minimum spend is $150.
  • Please note that our website offers multi currency. To qualify for free shipping, your order subtotal must be over the equivalent USD qualifying amount for your location. You can still checkout in your local currency, of course.
  • Carrier - via Express shipping and is estimated to arrive within 3-10 business days. Please note we are not responsible for any delays that may occur due to customs.

SHIPPING POLICY

USPS does not guarantee delivery times - delivery times in the checkout are estimates only. CatCat LASH is not responsible for late deliveries caused by USPS.  We recommend using Fedex if your shipment is time sensitive.

NOTE: Please make sure you have a safe, secure and correct shipping address listed during checkout. CatCat LASH Inc. is not responsible for any orders stolen, unclaimed or sent to an incorrect shipping address. Any order confirmed "Delivered" by the USPS will be considered delivered. Please wait 48 hours to contact us after your package is marked delivered if you haven't received it. If your order is stolen or not claimed by you please know that it is not the responsibility of CatCat LASH Inc. to replace the order. If you need a signature guarantee you can select one during the checkout process, thank you. We appreciate your business!

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

Please note that any import duties or other customs related taxes are not included in the product or shipping prices. CatCat LASH Inc. is not responsible for these charges, you as the buyer are responsible. For more information, please contact your country's relevant authority to inform yourself about any charges.

USPS Shipping

We ship all eyelash extensions, application tools and after care products by USPS (United States Postal Service) unless Fedex Priority Overnight. All orders ship next business day for USPS First class economy and USPS Priority shipping methods. USPS Express and Fedex ships same day if purchase is completed by 2:00 PM PST.

USPS DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

  • Economy (First Class) – Economy (First Class) – 4 to 5 business days.*
  • Priority – Priority – 2 to 3 business days.*
  • Express – Express – 1 to 2 business days.* (Purchase must be completed Monday through Friday by 2:00 PM PST.)

*Shipping times are estimates, not guaranteed. CatCat LASH is not responsible for late deliveries. We suggest using Fedex if you have time sensitive shipping requirements.

Signature Guarantee (US Orders Only)
Selecting the Add Signature Guarantee option when choosing the Shipping Method in checkout adds security by ensuring the driver is required to obtain a signature before delivery can be completed.

If no one is available to sign for the delivery, redelivery can be scheduled by following instructions on the peach-colored slip left at the time delivery is attempted.

Additionally, information about the date and time of delivery or attempted delivery is available for packages with Signature Guarantee. This information is available electronically or by email on request from USPS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

  • USPS First-Class International - Time varies by destination* (Please do not select this method if you're in a hurry, thank you.)
  • Priority International - 6-10 business days*
  • International Express - 3 to 5 business days* (Purchase must be completed Monday through Friday by 2:00 PM PST.)

DHL Shipping

DHL INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

  • Express International Shipping - Purchases must be completed Monday through Friday by 2:00 PM PST.(No Saturday Delivery)
  • Canada and Mexico: 1-2 business days.
  • All other countries: DHL shipment can take anywhere from 3 to 14 business days for international shipments.
  • **International Shipping may be delayed by the destination customs department.

fedEx Shipping

Fedex Domestic Shipping Policy

    • Fedex First Overnight - Depending on the destination, we can have your package delivered next business day by 9:30 AM in most areas. Additional extended areas are available for delivery by 10 or 11 AM.
    • Fedex Priority Overnight - Your shipment will arrive by 10:30 AM to most areas. Additional extended areas are available for delivery by 12 PM.
    • Saturday Delivery - At an Extra Charge and is not available for all destinations. 

FEDEX INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY- GLOBAL PRIORITY

  • Fedex International Priority Overnight** – Canada & Mexico 1-2 business days (Purchase must be completed Monday through Friday by 2:00 PM PST)
  • Fedex International Priority Overnight** – Europe 2-3 business days (Purchase must be completed Monday through Friday by 2:00 PM PST)
  • Fedex International Priority Overnight** – Other Countries 3-5 business days (Purchase must be completed Monday through Friday by 2:00 PM PST)

*International Fedex online rates apply for orders up to 6 lbs only.

CatCat LASH NO RISK RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We are committed to your satisfaction as a valued customer of CatCat LASH and as such we offer our "No Risk Return/Exchange Policy" for all customers purchasing products from CatCat LASH online at www.lashcatcat.com, over the phone, or in person at our Northridge and Costa Mesa retail stores. So that we can help out, please take care to follow the instructions detailed below.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR INCORRECT QUANTITIES DELIVERED

If you receive products that are damaged/defective or have been delivered short of the quantities you ordered, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery. Products for exchange must be returned to CatCat LASH within 30 days of delivery.

PRODUCTS ORDERED IN ERROR

Have you ordered the wrong product, or simply changed your mind? No problem. Products ordered in error may be returned provided we receive them in unused, perfect condition and within 30 days of delivery. **NO EXCEPTIONS** Please note: Glamor products are only eligible for return within 14 days of the delivery date and must be returned in like-new condition with all accessories and in original packaging. There will be a restocking fee of 35% on all Glamcor products that meet the 14 day return policy.

OPENED ITEMS

For reasons of hygiene due to the nature of eyelash extensions, application tools and after care products, we will not be able to credit you for any opened product.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS

You will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs of returning the products to us for any reason.

All returned items will be tested upon receipt. Any item found not to be damaged or defective will be returned to you. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Ensure the items returned are adequately packaged. We do not accept responsibility for any products returned that are lost or damaged in transit. It is recommended you use a shipping method that can be tracked. If the above procedure has not been followed correctly we reserve the right not to process the return.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A CREDIT FOR MY RETURNED ITEMS?

Once received, returns are processed within 7–14 business days. Please allow for 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account, once the refund is processed. The time to post a credit to your account can vary and is determined by the issuing bank. Please contact the issuing bank for details.
